Tennessean: The Titans locked up another one of their rising young stars Friday, agreeing to terms with cornerback Cortland Finnegan on a contract extension through 2011.

Finnegan was a seventh round draft pick from the university I attended (many, many years ago), a school that had not produced an NFL player in decades. Of course, that makes Finnegan my favorite Titan.
